The dryer is a MC 2000 that is LP gas only (could be converted to natural gas) and is a 2,000 BPH with 5 point removal, it has extra cooling sheets and is 91 feet tall. It was built in 2013 along with the legs and support tower. The wet leg and dry legs are 5,600 BPH a piece. There are 2 500 bu Lowry dump pits side by side, allowing an operator to not have to move the semi to unload. There is also a dryer shack, which houses electrical components for the facility, as well as an excellent spot to utilize as an office for your operation. This has been a very efficient and well cared for facility, powered by a solid 480V that services the bins, with 3 phase power coming in from the primary feed.
