 Born and raised on a small farm in west central Wisconsin, Garrett grew up with hunting and farming from a very young age. Being a community minded individual, and growing up in a small farm town, Garrett’s beliefs and ties to land are strong. Being a devoted father, he understands that land isn’t just land, it’s a legacy. Driven by a strong passion for land investment, Garrett Co-founded Premier Choice Land Company. His mission is simple, work hard for buyers and sellers, and bring the best customer service through honesty, transparency, compassion, and hard work. 

Specializing in tillable land, timber land, recreational properties, country properties, and investment grade properties, Garrett has sold thousands of acres throughout his career. With extensive knowledge and experience in 1031 exchanges, IRS Section 180, real estate investing, and auctions, Garrett can help buyers and sellers alike achieve their goals!

Outside of his professional undertakings, Garrett’s passion lies in the outdoors. From hunting, fishing, improving his properties, and traveling with his family and friends; everything takes him back to the great outdoors.
